My last couple of posts have revolved around Gary Molander’s book Pursuing Christ, Creating Art. It seemed that now that I’ve finished reading the book it would be good time to review it overall.
I have been an avid reader since I was a child. When I first learned to recognize the words, “See spot run,” and realized they made a thought and the thought was conveyed by someone who put the words on a page for other people to receive I became insatiable. Okay, so at the age of six I probably didn’t understand it with quite that level of depth but you get the picture. I was completely sold. Since that time I’ve read thousands of books spanning numerous genres. And while I am passionate about books and reading I am aware that the true gems, those books that stand out from the others, those that create a fresh path for the reader are few and far between.
